We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Chief Operating Officer (COO) Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to provide high-level administrative support to the COOand assist in the strategic planning and implementation of company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Coordination: Act as a liaison between the COO and other teams/departments especially with field employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and submissions.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the COO’s schedule, organize meetings, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and employees at all levels of the company.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Show accountability in contributing to strategic planning efforts in collaboration with the COO. This includes taking initiative in analyzing operational data to inform strategic decisions, actively participating in strategic planning meetings, and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives in the region.
